We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

·  In the same condition as received

·  Unworn or unused

·  With original tags and packaging

·  Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at the email above if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue promptly and work to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

·  Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags and packaging—and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
